I meant "fool" in a good sense. It seems that once folks get a hold of a Kimber, they tend to become brand whores, but for a VERY good reason...

If the Sig 1911 doesn't hold up to my expectations, then my next .45 will be a Kimber. I've owned two Wilson Combats (still have a Classic 2-Tone) and when you get right down to it, the Kimber's are on-par with what comes out of Bill Wilson's shop and for a great deal less.

I've shot most of Kimber's lineup and I love all of them, barring the Ten II.
