CS gas or Pepper spray clears the head like nothing else. It is a little extreme but it works for me.

if your head doesnt hurt than i doubt you have a sinus infection. i had a real bad infection when i was 15 and it relapsed when i was 20 than had surgery when i was 23. once you get a sinus infection it is terrible. dizzines head ahes are 2 of the symptoms. i had a deviated septum that was causing my sinuses not to drain and would get infected. i still get sinus head aches and migraines. whatever you do dont use sudafed. try benadryl. avoid alcahol too whwnver your sick. or it can get worse. thats what got me also.

I suffer from sinus problems a lot. Of the many products I have tried, the hammer and nails work best.

But seriously, what I recommend is using Vicks nasal spray (if you can still breathe just a little bit through your nose), the 12 hour Vicks spray. It works wonders. Initially, you'll feel searing pain for a few seconds (you're sniffing Vicks whole) and it'll make your eyes water a little, but it'll kick in within 5 minutes, and you'll breathe for about 10 hours (it probably won't go for 12. It goes up to about 5-7 hours for me).
