I have had this for two days now and its horrible. I am always tired (and finals are tomorrow), sore as hell throat, and my nose is running away from me. I took some sinus pills that did nothing. Drank two glasses of tea with lemon, honey, and whiskey. Did nothing too. I am suffering over here. Anyone have any other suggestions?

My doc wouldnt be able to get me in until tomorrow and I cant tomorrow due to finals

Advil Cold and Sinus always works really well for me.
I respond well to Advil as a pain reliever.
The cold and sinus medicine is nondrowsy and it really works!
If you respond better to Tylenol as a painkiller, look into the Tylenol Cold and Sinus medicine. My husband has responded well with that one.

If you have a sinus infection the only thing that will cure it is antibiotics, which of course you need a doctor for.
For the stuffyness I reccomend a nasal spray, I've used the vicks one before (forget the exact name) works well.

Waiting a day or two to see your doctor is ok, and while you wait, get nose sprays and a throat numming agent in the form of a spray.
Be sure you see your doctor as soon as you can though.

I have gone to the emergency room twice due to sinus infections, if that is actually what you have. They come on too fast to have to wait several days to see my doctor.

My throats been kiling me latley, not so much the nose tho.
Im self medicating with cough drops, dayquil during the day, coke and JD at night, and popsicles
