I am considering buying a 95/96 V6 MTX for an around town driver. I love my wife's 98 V6 ATX, but she wants to keep it herself and I'd rather a MTX.
Questions are:
1. What do you think a 95/96 is worth? Fair to moderate condition. No major drivetrain problems. Paint/body can be rough, and the interior can have problems. Preferable 100Kish miles or less.
2. Is the MTX/V6 combo so rare I won't find one? When I looked passively in 99 I couldn't find any, but, I wasn't serious.
(95/96 because I like the body style more and to keep cost down)
Thanks, Scott
Ford cannot build a car like this (1966 tbird) today because the US government says it is not safe. It has no crumple zones, air bags, or other safety features such as what you'll find in say, a new Toyota. But hit a Toyota with one of these and see who loses! - Gary Tayman
