My local oil change folks told me today that Ford recommends 5W-20 for my Duratec. I never heard this anywhere before and insisted that they put in the usual 5W-30. Anyone heard this? Anyone tried this weight? After 130,000 miles, I'm not inclined to change based on that type of recommendation. But if there is a user base of good experience, it might be worth a try.
