70 hp actually sounds about right if they are using the popular with the manufacturers, but not so much with the aftermarket twin-scroll design. Remember the old Supras? the TT versions weren't that huge of an upgrade and the tuners hated them with a passion, usually replacing the TT with one BIG single turbo...
