Guess what everyone? My oil pump failed, it let to oil starvation......anyone have this problem

Ford said the pump failed basically causing engine starvation. They are going to put a BRAND NEW engine in not a rebuilt one. I have 6K miles left on the extended warranty. They said that since I have all the records of the oil changes being done at Frontier Ford that I am OK. He did tell me about some horror stories of people who dont have the records of the oil changes.

Off topic though, Chris how hard is it too get a 1989 golf gti 16V up to 200 horsepower, RELIABLY! (If possible without the whole G60 supercharged engine)

James :p 16v's are awsome you can do alot with one of those!!! and they are cheap if you can find one!! an intake, cams, exhaust, a controll modual, some fine tuning and you would be spanking on tours.. no pun intended
