Just carve out the stock rubber with whatever cutting tools you prefer (I used a box cutter and some needle nose pliers). Center the metal mount shaft in the mount case, and mask off one end with duct tape or whatever you prefer. Order 94A poly from mcmaster carr. Mix the two parts of the poly and pour into your carved out mount. Wait two days and reinstall. It's easy, Costs $30 for supplies, and takes a few hours of your time and two days without your car. Do it over a weekend and you should be great.
