So my CSVT has been in storage for 10 months and I have been using my '87 Toyota for my Daily driver. The Toyota Jumped timing on me while idling waiting for a train to go by... so bye-bye Toyota.

I got the Contour Running again and it was idling funny and had the CEL light going in and out.

This is what I replaced on my own:

o Fuse blew on the fuel pump (1.00)
o Vehicle Speed Sensor died (50.00) - Pain to get to...
o IAC went batty and was so full of buildup I replaced it (100.00)
o IMRC was holding the lower manifold quarter of the way open no matter what RPM - replaced (230.00)

Here is what I paid others to do to:

o Hankook Ventus Tires (500.00 total)
o Install new master clutch cylinder (250.00 total)

Well, I was going to get some MSDS... sux!
