Would that seriously work????
I have a power supply sitting here, and some extra HL's as well...
Should, power supplies put out 12v don't they....
yup, absolutely, how do you think I tested my foglights when I first got them [well thats a lie, I actually plugged it into the car cigarette lighter I installed in my computer].
but there is a _bit_ of work you need to do to the power supply to use it without a computer... you will need a paperclip and one of those 10w ceramic resistors [or an old harddrive or cd-drive]. the paper-clip you need to use to short [DONT DO THIS UNTIL I CAN CONFIRM THE EXACT PINS!!] the green wire to one of the ground wires on the main wire harness [this is to simulate that a motherboard is attached to it].... and the resistor [or old drive] is needed because the power supply needs a 5v load before it will operate [if your doing the resistor, just jam it between the orange and black wires on one of the accessory harnesses]
yes... I am a cougar owner trolling on your board.
