Because the other guy prob didnt make contact with his car. And Tim was intelligent enough to attempt to prevent the contact...I'm gonna assume that the guy kept driving. I hate to say this, but I prob would've done the same. If a person is coming into your lane...brake fast or let em hit you...don't even bother swerving.

What I'm meaning to say is that it is instinct to swerve and that it is hard to NOT do that.
