Like rod knock?! Considering your car does not have a high C/R I highly doubt the car is knocking unless you are mixing water and gas.

Your codes are
332 (R,M) EGR did not open/respond during test or if memory code, did not open intermittantly
335 (O) EGR feedback signal is/was out of range
Sounds like you need a new EGR value... Very well could clear up your problem.. Also try a bottle of Fuel stabilizer... Something that is designed to eliminate water from the gas tank and so on... Couldn't hurt...
