I saw you post in the archive about DJ Performance and wanted to ask a few questions.

I see that is was really cheap (which is a big plus), but what did you think of their work after it was done. Sounds like the guy that did it for you knew quite a bit about the contour.

How long did the install take. I live up by SFO so when i come in I am pretty much going to be stranded at the shop until they are done.

Thanks

Patrick

DJ Performance is a good place. They did a good job, no compliants. They also did Fwhyte's front struts and he ia happy with them.

My wife dropped the car off at 8am and it was done by 12noon. So pretty quick job.

thanks, I am going to have to give them a call. Can't wait until I get them installed (at least until I get home and try to get in the drive way. Time to go to home depot and get some 2x4's for a little ramp.)

Most places around my neck of the woods want about $300 including the alignment, but they do have the closeness factor. I guess I'll have to see who has the next opening.

When are you doing this?

I want H&R's in the front cause Eibachs not low enuff. If you wanna trade front springs, I'm sure we could work something out.

well, I got it done yesterday afternoon. A shop less than a mile from my house had an opening so I took a half day off from work and dropped it off and walked home. I have driven it a little and am very impressed so far, but it has been raining all day here so I could not really test it out. The drop is not as bad as I thought it was going to be. I guess that my stock springs had settled quite a bit. I lost about 3/4 of an inch in front and stayed about the same in the back. I am sure that once it settles I'll loose another inch or so on both ends but at least for now if I go in at a really steep angle I can squeeze into the driveway. Now to put all my amps and sub back. That should drop the back end tad.
