My bumper has become extremely loose.
It wasn't right when I bought it but it has gotten worse.
Does anyone have an exploded diagram of the SVT front bumper.
Also mine really doesn't have any supports. Any pictures of underneath would help also..

Theres 2 bolts on either side that hold it into the fender. There should also be one metal rod on either side that secures the lower part of the bumper.

Nope. 2 under the grill. 1 at the bottom of the bumper connected with a plastic bracket.
The metal rods are only on 95-98 bumpers unless added after.
Before doing the ones under the fender, you must disconnect part of the wheel well liner to get access to the bolts. 2 screws in the wheel well, one screw at the edge of the bumper, and 2 where the liner meets the lower air deflector.
So in total 14 screws/bolts and 3 plastic clips. Sounds hard when you read it, but once you do it once, it's cake. I've done it too many times now.

You can also add another bolt right next to the one in the fenders... there's a hole and threading for it, just need to add the bolt. That also helped stabilize my bumper cover.
