I wasn't attmepting to imply that he was street racing, I was saying that reckless driving kills, whatever happened the driver obviously lost control, which means he was going too fast for conditions, which is a reckless behavior. The speed limits are not what you should be doing, they are the maximum allowed speed on a road in perfect conditions.
