More like spending hours at a time staring into nothing and wondering what he could have done differently, his regrets.. and a lot of crying. Definately not a part of my life I want to revisit, but that's the truth.

Nightmares.. not so. Generally your brain exhausts every possile outcome it can think of before you let yourself go to sleep- or REM kicks in, one or the other.
