unlikely, if it was 60 in a 45. that is not "reckless driving" and while "stupid" it doesnt even seem that unreasonable. who knows what the exact circumstances are that caused him to lose control. perhaps a jaywalker, animal, another driver, etc.... dont crucify someone without knowing all the facts. he's got it bad enough as it is.
