Whoa! I guess I missed that memo.
This is the first I've heard about adding extra oil, so please be gentle. But... How do I know that adding that extra 1/2 quart (or quart) of oil isn't going to cause other problems? How do I detect a problem, if there is one? Sorry if the explanation is lengthy, please just point me in the right direction, and I'm not questioning anyone's expertise, here, I just need reassurance.
