in milpitas at around 8 p.m. i was driving along and passed a silver csvt then saw a ricer get behind me and then this csvt shoots around the ricer so i drop it but i still got passed by the csvt at about 100-110 with my foot to the floor. just wondering who it was and what they have done to their car.
