No, but instead of that, why don't you get a 3L block and heads off of an 01+ Escape, tap a hole for the knock sensor, port the heads to match your Intake Manifolds and have the injector holes filled and re-tapped in the right places, assemble and put in? You might need a chip or some tuning, but since you already have an SVT, you have most of the expensive parts already!
