I agree with you. The interior and fit and finish in the GT blows most corvettes out the window, but I was referring to the power.
That Halltech would blow that TTGT outta the water as far as performance goes. Just a friendly reminder from your local Chevrolet fanatic that no matter how cool your scissor doors are, there really is no replacement for displacement.
Delorean learned that the hard way...

Considering the GT is brand new, and much more exotic in comparison to the Vette, it is no surprise that by now one can walk into their local Walmart and pick up a kit to make their Vette over 1K BHP, where a GT owner has to settle for only 800+ WHP I agree with the other guys, I'll take 1 crazy fast exotic GT over a "see one of those every day" ridiculously fast Vette. With that said, I am just blown away by videos I've seen of guys driving their modded Vettes around... just frickin unreal!!! Those motors are
96 Contour GL 2.0L MTX with Early SE 7 spoke wheels, SE sideskirts, Koni Sport Kit
70 Mustang Sportsroof with mild 351W and '01 Mustang GT wheels

That setup isn't very nice, especially when you compare that to the one thats coming out from Heffner Performance thats capable of 1200hp

Just a really nice exotic is what it is. It just isn't as "hardcore" as the cars it is was made to emulate. Still really nice. A little overpriced, but nice nonetheless.
One more beef. Why in the heck did Ford put such a common engine in the GT? Where's the exotic part? I know it's beefed up from a "normal" cobra 5.4L, but they could have at least put a 5.0 Cammer with some turbos in it...
