while i'm rooting for both teams... hockey and basketball are boring. at least on tv. kind of like baseball.

Dave, you need to come over to "The Compound" and watch it on my TV. Not to mention how I watch sports, I'm sure Pete and Stazi remember how I was at that bar in E.L. 
I stayed up till 2:30 a.m. watching that, but then again, I don't get off of work till midnight, so it wasn't that bad! Stupid penalties, like Chelios putting the puck into the stands and his "almost" penality for running that guys head into the boards, not clearing the puck and Datsyk (spell  ) going TWENTY FOUR PLAYOFF GAMES W/O A GOAL, not to mention Shanny, does he still play for the Wings  The thing is this, the Oilers game in with a game plan and have executed it to a tee, props to them for that, but I'm still hangin' with the Wings 
I like the Pistons getting a good "tune-up" right now, blowing out the carbon and getting ready for the more difficult competition thats coming their way! GO PISTONS

If the wings don't win tonights game. ITS OVER!!! I know i will be glued to the screen ignoring my girlfriends b-day.. She gets one everyone, not every year we see the wings in the playoffs

Consider this before you right them off after a potential loss tonight. Back in 02' they lost the first two games to the Canucks, at home no less and came back to win FOUR straight. The other thing to keep in mind is this, its going to be the last time we get to see "The Captain" playing hockey, so lets enjoy all the remaining games, no matter how many are left

Hell yeah baby, we took this game.
Honestly those ref's suck on making calls. They were hacking on us bad. The refs let tehm beat us up. There slashing and hooking was pissing me off.
