the light package included the door handle lights and the key lock lights, also I believe it included the glove box light too, it also included the window switches
I have all that, too, except for the keyhole lights. I think this has been discussed on here, before, and we figured out the only thing decontented in 96 was the keyhole light!

Y'all forgetting about the underhood light 
My friend's 95 Contour GL with only ATX and power locks as an option had the door lock "halo" lights and an underhood light.
My 96 Contour GL with ATX, PW/PL, 15" aluminum rims, and possibly the "sport" package did not have either!
