Either paying monthly on my car did it, or as I said, the bank card usage. Regardless, my rating was 3, 1 being best and 6 worst.. iirc. From what I was told, that is pretty damn good for an 18 year old (at the time). I go through Keybank.




Your car loan built your credit. Debit cards have nothing to do with building credit. They're not reported to credit bureaus in that regard because they're not "extending credit" to you since it's your money being spent.
