From what I get from his post, he has NO credit. Starting from zero. He won't be able to get an Amex or United Visa (Chase owned).
this is true..hmm..
when i opened my bank account (bank of america) they gave a credit card too offered by them that was specically meant to build my credit. Im only 20 and I have a decent credit..for now
