Ouch. That's not good. You usually want to be within 5-10% of each other. If your highest cyl was 150 then your lowest should be above 135.

I tested mine when I first got it but I can't remember what the readings were. Maybe someone has a manual handy.

Also, did your test all cylinders one way and then back? (Test one through four, put the plugs back in, run it for a few minutes, and then test four to one.) The first cylinder may have had more oil on the cyl walls creating a better seal.

You may also want to borrow a leakdown tester from someone. That way if there is a problem, you can pinpoint it.
