I'm not. The one in Ohio lets you get plates like JDNO7 (Jack Daniel's Old No. 7) BLO4SEX (Blow (honk) for Sex) The people that are supposed to go over them largely defer to the computer to catch such things, and it doesn't.
As for the plate, it's funny, if your 17. Not a good plate to have with a 2 year old. I vote get rid of it.
