just wait for him next time in the door way to your building. Have a shotgun in a case (to make it legal) with a box of shells in your other hand. When he goes for your car, walk outside and say if he sees anything he likes. Better yet, don't lock the doors, wait for him to break in, and when he opens it run up behind him and hit in the head with the butt of the gun and tell him next time you [censored] with his car you are going to [censored] his mom, sister, grandma, and his ass with your shotgun. No need for the police then cause he is never coming back.
