i say combine a few of their ideas... go wait in the field (without being seen), and have a paintball gun handy. when he's about 10-15 ft from you, pop up and lay down some cover fire  orrr.... where do you live? i've got a few 'handy solutions' i might be willing to lend my services for

youre "lucky," at least you know what he looks like. i dont think the first time deserved an ass beating, but it warranted a good scare. after that, all bets are OFF!  get some friends to help you out, to catch him, if need be. i like the park, walk to the apt then circle around to the field idea. can you say "tazer"?!? or grab him and shoot pepper spray into his eyes.

use an airsoft gun - those look more real than a paintball gun and some of them hurt just as bad from up close. Pull it on him (already cocked) and just say thats the last time you f with my car MF! and pull the trigger -

Mark my words if he doesn't deal with this turd - he WILL break into his car.
IO don't know if Luke has ever had a car broken into, but I bet I can speak for those of us who had - if I saw that shizza going down I would fly into a rage and beat the ever loving snot out of the guy - no bout about it. If it was at my house, the turd would be lookng down the barrel of a gun.
