Alright I am having a very similar problem. I have a slight vibration at 65 to 75, I have FSVT wheels with brand new tires, a reliable friend of mine balanced them for me so I know the tires are balanced. I have one new tie rod end on the passenger side and a new ball joint on that side also. I also have one new cv shaft on the passenger side. I'm just throwing this out there because my brake rotors are original with 100k on them. Could a badly worn brake rotor cause slight vibration? I don't know if this is possible, But if the rotor has deteriorated badly enough in the vented part on the edge it could become out of balance right? I don't know, just an idea, let me know how far off track I am.
