Okay, so I just got my supply of Amsoil. One question though... The engin flush says to empty one pint out of the engine (or just take the filter off), put in one pint of the flush and run the engine at a fast idle for 15 - 20 minutes. What is considered a fast idle?
One other thing. It recommends to use a filter while you do the flush. So I'll throw on a Fram for the 15 min flush, then put on my Amsoil filter for the next 6 months. What size filter do I need for the SVT?
