Why: To figure out who all owns a CSVT in Minnesota and is cool enough to show up

Where: Mall of America (MOA), top level of the East side parking lot (furthest lot from Cedar Ave./77)
Why: To figure out who all owns a CSVT in Minnesota and
cruise University Ave after we all eat some grub at some restaurant(TBD)
*Assuming no rain and that this time works for most people
