It seems like it purposely rambles in order to ensure that the reader skips straight to the rant at the end. Strange that the last paragraph would be concise and properly-punctuated, while the rest is stream-of consciousness.
Seems like simply another method of delivery for a generic anti-liberal blog. I'll even go so far as to say I wouldn't be surprised if this blog isn't what it seems.
