Take the 18 grand, go to Vegas double your money and then buy a 2003 Cobra!!!!! laugh

To be perfectly honest with you... I wouldn't buy it. I am not going to list all of the complaints/problems with the 99' 4V, but I would either wait on a 2000+ or get a 2V (GT) and mod it. It all depends on what you want to do, but there were major issues with the 99's and the power #'s just weren't there.
