I bought my car new 5 years ago and I've managed to keep it in great shape. I'm also about to make my last car payment on it and probably buy a new car however I'll be keeping the tour as a 2nd car......... BANG!!!!!! t-boned by an SUV early this morning on my way to work. The damage is pretty bad but hopefully not bad enough to total it. I had the car towed to a local Ford body shop and I didn't have a camera with me. I'll be going up there tomorrow to take pics and I'll post them when I get back. Fortunately I wasn't seriously injured although my back is pretty damn sore. Getting ready to leave work now so I'll post details later on and pictures will be up tomorrow.

Sorry to hear about your accident.  I hope it's not totaled. I'm glad that you weren't seriously hurt. Do make sure to get your back checked out though.

Personally I'd hope it was totalled. Between the diminished resale value and probability of repair-related problems down the road, I'd just as soon write it off.

Airbags didn't go off. I guess it wouldn't be such a bad thing if it was totaled because the car probably will be worth next to nothing once repaired. I'll keep you guys posted.
