It's from an Emmy-winning episode of "Everybody Loves Raymond." Ray loves cheese, but to get back at his wife during an argument he leave some super-smelly cheese in a suitcase for a week. After they worked it out, he said that line. Funniest damn episode of Raymond EVER!
