Okay i've been reading and i've come up with a few more questions... Is a closed or open back design better? 80% of the time it wont be in a noisy environment with much background noise but sometimes it will... i like the design of the closed ones personally...
After looking through headphones i like the AKG K 26 P, and the Sennheiser HD 201.
someone mentioned a headphone amp... well after reading a bit i find myself intrigued with the Cmoy diy amps... i may take a crack at building one of these in an altoids tin
for those that dont know what i'm talking about they are 9V battery powered headphone amps
