It was parked in the 7-11 parking lot in South San Francisco on El Camino across the street from the Highschool. Very nice and clean. Just thought I would check to see if it was anyone from here.

Hey Ryan, car is doing good now. I had it in the shop for 12 days getting the dash replaced for warpage and my suspension squeek. Hey are you driving up at the end of the month or flying?

Chris, I wanted to make it since I am a big in n out fan, but I am going on vacation for a week to colorado and am leaving on thursday morning...damn. I'll hit the next one. BTW I found a window shade that fits pretty good to keep the sun off the dash. Had to go to an import shop in Japantown in SF, but it covers better than the otheres that I found locally. Hopefully I can avoid the warpage again.

Ryan the dash looks about the same. There seems to be a little rubber flap at the base of the board, but other than that it looks like it is the same. What a PITA. When they replaced it they had to cut all the alarm wires and re splice them. They forgot to plug in the attenna so the remotes did not work. Not to mention I had to pull all the stereo stuff. The only good thing is it gave me an excuse to finally hookup the radio power antenna and remount the horns. It came out pretty solid.

I brought it in to Serramonte Ford, actually I started the process about a month before the recall notice, and they were the ones that said that it needed to be replaced. I was kinda surprised.
