OP Shelbycrash Newbie S Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 3	wondering if anyone new the drive cycle for a 99 svt contour. i keep failing emissions because my ecm was reset not that long ago. ive tried a few of the ones i know like 45 mph for 10 minutes and letting the car idle for a few minutes but its still failing. i have to drive at night now because im past due inspection. the manual was no help and i didnt see anything in the archives 99 SVT Contour Toreador Red Mirko Intake Mirko Splitter Custom Exhaust w/Flowmaster 30 Series mufflers Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch Upgraded Trans Torsen T2 Differential

I tried to do the drive cycle routine but it is difficult to meet all those driving parameters with traffic etc. After two weeks and a few hundred miles some of the sensors still read "not ready". BTW I don't think you should be failing if the car is in a not ready condition. 1999 Toreador Red SVT, DOB 4/22/99, 2005 Of 2760. "Many posted questions are answered by farm boys"
