if you have a code for the precat, ie P0420 or P0430 chances are you will not pass emmisions since this is an emmisions device and code.
you might try clearing the code the day before and drive the car, and hope then it doesn't come back until after your emisions testing.
the mil eliminators will allow you to pass testing.
