It could still be an O2 sensor -- when mine were getting marginal on my SHO they would only light up at higher altitudes, and even then it was pretty inconsistent. But I pulled the code and it looked like it was pointing to the O2 sensors [one bank lean, blah blah blah], replaced them and haven't seen it since.
I'd offer to pull the code for you if I were closer [got my dad's cool OBD-2 scanner].
I'm off to the dealership today to see if they can do something about this ridiculous 2000 SVT stutter problem [-1 degree total spark timing just doesn't seem right].
