That tube is cheap like 32 I think (better then trying to fab time is money), but I would hit junkyard first. The tube does have the IAT hole it's right after the MAF and on the underside. They do just pop in. I have a post 98 IAT hmmm where some pics... ah here we go. You can have that IAT in the pic if you want. Just not sure if it's good or bad.
