82%(x) = 259.9
.82x = 259.9
x = 259.9/.82
x = 316.95
to check, 316.95 - 18%(316.95) =
316.95 - 57.05 = 259.9 ATW

82%(316.95) = 259.9
No matter how you do it, the diff is wheter you use 18 or 20 percent loss.
