The ANL holder is for larger current applications. If you are not drawing more then 80A the AGU holder is all you need. AGU fuses are not rated higher then 80A.
No trimming should be required with any of our products, they are all tested to work with our cable. The FH-24 does include a trim ring to accept 4 and 8 gauge. Make sure that is removed when installing 4 gauge wire.
