After skimming these entries, I was hoping for more front line account of how the media has gotten this all wrong, and less generic anti-media ranting that could have been written anywhere. And when he himself relates accounts of how "The best Jihad talent in the world swarms to Ramadi to kill Americans, particularly Marines. Syria pumps them in, or simply functions as a way station..." how can you guys use this blog as evidence that everything's going peachy over there?

Further, a few of you have mentioned "watching news." TV news is garbage. I suggest picking up a newspaper. You can read 10 stories in the time it takes you to sit through one "some guy killed his wife and hid her body" TV story.
