Let me ask you how do u know proof wouldn't have shot the cousin also?? Again if someone shot my cousin and he had a gun, I WOULD ASSUME HE WOULD SHOOT ME. Or pistol whip me.
If you don't think he would of done the same thing to the cousin that he did to that guy. Then i am sorry, again that shows bad judgement on ur call.
