I am planning on taking off my side skirts to "readjust" them a bit and to clean all the sand out of them. First question I have is, is there only the little screws that hold it in on the ends and underneath that I hvae to remove? Secondly, I need to replace some of those screw thingys and have not been able to find replacement ones. The ones that the dealership sells are too short and don't hold worth a crap. Any idea on where I might find something that will work? Also, does anyone here have any hints or suggestions about this? If so, please share.

FYI: I spoke to the dealership the other day to see if they had plugs in stock and he told me that Ford has come out with a new plug again for the Contour SP432 which is replacing the previous AGSF32FM. Price is the same. Not sure if anyone knows anything about this or not.

Lastly, I need to replace the trim piece on my rear windows that goes around the window opening on the inside of the door. This is not the mouldings around the door itself but the one that surrounds the window opening and kinda goes up the side and around the top. I want to see if I can get some from a wrecker just not sure if they can be re-used once they have been removed? Does anyone know?

Thanks,
