The reason i have 22's isnt because im "thugged out" its because it rides better with low profile tires, now if you can find me either a car with that kinda headroom/legroom or 22's that arent chrome then im willing to listen otherwise STFU!!!

Try putting regular sized tires on it, it will ride smoother. Now if you're talking about 'handle' better..... you're driving an SUV, Nuf said.

Nah, could never happen! 
The only way I can see a car rides better with larger wheels is the added weight. The car reacts like an old Buick, floaty and heavy all at the same time. Correct me if I'm wrong...
