you can bypass the clutch switch for the remote start and still retain the proper functionality of the clutch switch by adding an extra relay into the remote start controller, find the wire that activates the relay that is connected to the start position on the ignition switch, add an extra relay activated off that same wire that momentarily bypasses the clutch switch whilst the alarm is cranking the car.
