Ford dealers consistently rank at the bottom of the customer satisfaction polls, BMW are usually in the top 10. I usually don't put much stock in polls, but this one supports my personal experiences and observations. Of course, I'd also say that if you pay BMW prices you better get top-notch service and perks.
